Account or Partnership Executive & Manager 

We are hiring different level from Junior to middle level. Final title will be defined according to experiences.（intern level is also welcome)
 
Digital Partnership staff will bear new client sales target with a commission model, Account staff will manage current business and upsell.

Job descriptions
Support Commercial Team’s Head to drive two business growth, one mainly is Digital Solution or Digital Media sales for brand (Future Arena), another one is professional Football Data business for football professional such as clubs, federation, league. (Wyscout)
Develop different sales packages of our current Sports IP + Digital solutions + Digital Media inventories
Carry on the Sales Target to sell different Digital Solution with digital media package to different brand. (Only for partnership staff)
Sales pipeline management: Following the sales target to define the leads acquisition strategy. (Only for partnership staff)
Client management: day-to-day client contact across key accounts, including responding to ongoing requests and proactive communication around new opportunities.
Project management and delivery: planning, overseeing and delivering activities and campaigns across online events, social, digital and PR…etc.
Reports/presentations: creating and delivering internal and external documents and presentation to clients, potential clients and colleagues.
New business development: supporting the Commercial Head in identifying and approaching potential clients, and developing and presenting new business pitches or developing any new business model.
Experience and ability required:
Significant experience in delivering Digital campaigns to different clients
Sales driven personality and willing to develop new business opportunities
Good account handling knowledge, strong project management skills, budgeting, and planning expertise.
Ability to build excellent client relationships through demonstration of knowledge and expertise.
Creativity - an ability to generate ideas and solve problems.
Great interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence in presenting to senior personnel.
Commercial awareness and ability to manage accounts profitably and within budget.
Ability to meeting deadlines and resolving problems under pressure. Excellent attention to detail.
Native Chinese, good English is a must.
Entrepreneurship, able to work well independently with minimal supervision.
Team player; willing to pitch in when needed.
 
 

Digital Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
Create concepts and mock-ups with a creative and innovative flair.
Responsible for generation of creative assets which includes graphic design and edits
Understanding of design requirements of various Sports IP & Sports related brand
Support Sports IP and Commercial team account executive in the creative design and typesetting of client’s different social media content & app.
Conceive and design exciting and contemporary digital graphic elements appropriate to client’s corporate image and standards.
Find creative graphic solutions within the given timespan
Supported design-related requests from various teams
Short Video editing experiences is a plus, especially Douyin video.
 
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree in design-related majors
Proven graphic designing experiences
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality especially for Digital related design project.
Good knowledge of typography, iconography, color, layout, and data visualization.
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Candidates will be requested to display their design portfolio
1-2 year working experience in design-related industries is a plus.
With experiences in Sports related brand or IP is a plus

DIGITAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•You will participate in numbers of campaigns cooperated with Baidu post bar as well as Bundesliga, including but not limited to event planning, content writing and fans interaction.
•You will be responsible for running all Schalke04 related digital media platform official accounts, including Wechat, Weibo, official video website and so on.

REQUIREMENTS
•Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master program.
•Excellent oral and written English.
•Familiar with new media operations channels and skills.
•Ability to drill for user requirements, and good at planning interesting events.
•Experienced in new media operations will be a plus.
•Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiar with foreign search engines.
•At least 3 working days per week and last for 3 months as commitment.
•Soccer fans and basketball fans are especially welcomed.

BUSINESS & PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Prepare Business proposal upon CEO’s brief.
•Manage Business partner and maintain good relationship.
•Manage Business presentation.
•Business trips arrangement, including flight ticket, hotel and any other urgent case when travelling.
•Schedule management for CEO.
•Meeting/Conference/Appointment coordination & arrangement with internal/external team, preparing related materials and record meeting minutes when required.
•Daily expenses record and reimbursement.
•Deal with documents approval process, arrange signature/confirmation by CEO for paper documents or emails.
•Support CEO in Admin working (Scan, copy, fax, print).
•Oral and written translation when required.
•Maintain good communication & relationship with internal team and partners.
 
REQUIREMENTS
•Excellent English proposal and deck writing skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both English and Mandarin.
•Good business sense.
•Digital experience preference.
•Minimum two years experience as an personal assistant to senior management, in digital or sports industry will be a plus.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•You will be responsible for managing several European football club digital projects in China, and work together with our partner and colleague in Europe.
•Develop and negotiate to build long-term relationship with Chinese internet companies, in exchange for network resource for promotion.
•Assist COO to build business networks and prepare the pitch/presentation deck.
•As a Sports business development manager, you must have good business sense and capable of building network with clubs, sports brand & digital partners.
 
REQUIREMENTS
•Relevant experiences in managing sports brands or European football club digital projects in China. The ideal business development manager. candidate must have passion for the role & embrace Digital revolution in Sports.
•Excellent Chinese and English is also a very important requirement for this role, German or other European languages are highly preferred.
•A key requirement for the ideal candidate is to be very people oriented, with a strong interpersonal skill & presentation skill.
•Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
•Developing and executing integrated social media strategy through the creation of a social media content calendar for long- and short-term projects and campaigns.
•Working cross-functionally to develop on-brand content on regular basis for social media channels including Baidu Postbar, All football app, Wechat, Weibo, media accounts…etc.
•Maintaining a high level of brand engagement with fans; ensuring that social interactions are on-brand and responded to in a timely manner.
•Developing strong relationships with sports media, KOLs, and digital partners; managing and executing partners relationship strategy.
•Managing reporting and analytics to track social media engagement and campaign effectiveness to guide strategy and drive consideration.
•Working closely with Business consultant team & clients to deliver the right digital strategy & works.
 
REQUIREMENTS
•Must be a football fan
•3+ years of experience developing and managing sports related social media accounts & digital campaigns.
•Strong copywriting skills; previous experience in sports preferred.
•Knowledge of China digital ecosystem and social media platform such as Baidu Postbar, All football app, Wechat, Weibo and other digital media accounts…etc.
•With good relationship with Sports media or relevant digital platform is a plus.
